This book is the result of a research study Janice conducted while completing her Master’s of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership. The study surveyed, analyzed and organized implicit references to creativity in labyrinth literature to assess the validity and context within which the labyrinth could be used as a creativity tool to facilitate creative change. The work discovered explicit links to the creativity concepts, processes/tools, models, and outcomes required to facilitate creative, transformational change and inspired Janice to create a step-by-step guide to help others explore their own creativity within the labyrinth and to use the labyrinth as a creativity tool.
