BridgePoint Effect has a strong team of associates who have been carefully brought into our organization because of their extensive experience in creative thinking training, organizational development, and change realization as well as human performance improvement. Our associates have many years of practical experience working in public and private sector organizations and have completed formal training in adult learning, instructional design and performance measurement as well as formal training in business analysis, project management, negotiation and mediation.

Our associates are experts at facilitating organizational change.

Finally, all our associates share a commitment to life-long learning and personal and professional development, and a demonstrated desire to make a positive contribution to client work environments while at the same time having fun.

All associates who work with our Canadian Federal Government hold valid security clearances to the Secret level.

Our creativity and innovation specialists hold Masters of Science degrees in Creativity and Change Leadership. Our adult educators have formal education at the university level in adult learning principles and design. As a team, we are passionate about continuous learning and keen to share lessons learned with our clients and amongst ourselves as we work to complete project deliverables.

As a Creativity Professional she has over 20 years of experience and works primarily on IM/IT and HR projects as a change manager, trainer, facilitator, and communications advisor specializing in helping managers and teams apply strategic thinking and creative problem solving to satisfy work challenges, build creative work climates, benefit from change and achieve higher levels of productivity. Janice thrives on stimulating thinking breakthroughs to drive innovations in organizational performance.
